Package Price: Package prices do not include sales tax. Package prices include servicing equipment and disposable serviceware. Gratuity for service personnel is not included. However, tips are considered proper and greatly appreciated by our servicing staff. Please pay directly to server.
Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total price is required to reserve a date. All deposits are processed and subtracted from the final bill. The final payment due must be paid in full prior to the catering date. Payment with personal check must be received within 5 days of the event.
Guarantee: To make your event a success we ask that your final count of attendees be submitted to us no later than 2 days prior to the event. We will set up and be prepared to serve up to 5% over this guarantee of attendance. You will be charged for the number you guaranteed or the actual number of attendance, whichever is greater.
Food Consumption: To insure the quality of our food, presentation, and temperature remaining consistent, latecomers will not be served once service is completed. Buffet dinners are limited to 30 minutes of service after the last guest is served. In order to control the quality of products served and to insure that all legal requirements of the health department are met, all food must be consumed on the premises and may not be taken off premise. No packaging of food is allowed.
